: (1) After the expiry of the time specified for withdrawal of names according to sub-section (2) of section 6, the Election Officer shall prepare a list of the remaining candidates and publish one copy immediately in his office and send one copy to the Commission.< br> (2) The name of the candidate shall be written in Nepali alphabetical order in the list according to sub-section (1) and if the candidate is nominated on behalf of a party, the name of such party shall also be mentioned in his address.
